Janet Napolitano: Arizona’s Gain is America’s Loss

Ms Napolitano was Arizona’s Governor for 6 years, during which time she wrecked Arizona’s budget, refused right up until the last minute in January 2009 to do anything about it, and left a horrible mess for the current governor and state government to try and clean up.

Better suited as a community organizer in San Francisco than Arizona governor, she was able to capture much of the ordinary citizens’ vote and the open borders vote through a diabolical scheme of supporting illegal immigration reform measures and then vetoing them, with great fanfare in the Spanish press and organizations, when they passed the legislature. She was cunning and ruthless enough to work both sides. A big government, big spending liberal, she was able to pass herself off as moderate through lies and a lap dog press, and she did much to hurt Arizona and its citizens. She is a consummate panderer.

Thank God and United she’s gone!

The bad news is she is now Secretary of the Dept. of Homeland Security. One of her first official acts was to turn her back on the nearly 7000 murders a year in Mexico and the violence spilling across our southern border into the US, and order a comprehensive review of the security threats along the US-Canadian border. This sent a signal to the murdering drug cartels and the corrupt government of Mexico that the Bush open borders policy would be maintained.

Her first major presentation to Congress showed her as a “9/11 and Islamic jihad” denier as 9/11 and terrorism were not mentioned. Following the infamous Michael Moore’s logic of “there are no terrorists”, Napolitano brings her San Francisco morals and culture to Washington, DC.

Napolitano is just another incompetent Obama appointee, one way, way over her pay grade. It is hard to imagine a more evil, incompetent, and anti-American Cabinet than Obama has selected. Napolitano is comfortably at home in the Obama Cabinet.

Once Again Walter Williams Talks Straight and Speaks the Truth Better than Anyone Else

It seems Walter Williams has a special knack of cutting through politically correct garbage, political garbage, racist garbage, and liberal garbage and getting right to the heart of important issues. His way to do this is through honesty, ability, and truth.

Well, he has done it again. And by comparison, he has shown that Eric Holder is mentally dull and racially biased. Following are some excerpts from Walter Williams Feb. 25, 2009 column at Townhall.com source

Attorney General Eric Holder said the United States is "a nation of cowards" when it comes to race relations. In one sense, he is absolutely right. Many whites, from university administrators and professors, schoolteachers to employers and public officials accept behavior from black people that they wouldn't begin to accept from whites. For example, some of the nation's most elite universities, such as Vanderbilt, Stanford University and the University of California, have yielded to black student demands for separate graduation ceremonies and separate "celebratory events."

If white students demanded whites-only graduation ceremonies or whites-only dorms, administrators would have labeled their demands as intolerable racism. When black students demand the same thing, these administrators cowardly capitulate.

Attorney General Holder's flawed thinking is widespread whereby people think that an activity that is not racially integrated is therefore segregated. Blacks are about 60 percent of the Washington, D.C. population. At the Reagan National Airport, which serves D.C., nowhere near 60 percent of the airport's water fountain users are black; I'd guess blacks are never more than 5 percent of users. The population statistics of states such as South Dakota, Iowa, Maine, Montana and Vermont show that not even 1 percent of their populations are black. Does that mean Reagan National Airport water fountains and South Dakota, Iowa, Maine, Montana and Vermont are racially segregated? If Holder does anything about "voluntary segregation" at the state level I hope it's not court-ordered busing; I'm not wild about their winters. Just because some activity is not racially integrated does not mean that it is racially segregated.

The bottom line is that the civil rights struggle is over and it is won. At one time black Americans didn't share the constitutional guarantees shared by whites; today we do. That does not mean that there are not major problems that confront a large segment of the black community, but they are not civil rights problems nor can they be solved through a "conversation on race."

All of William’s columns are worth reading and this one is exceptional. I agree with these sentences of his:

"The bottom line is that the civil rights struggle is over and it is won. At one time black Americans didn't share the constitutional guarantees shared by whites; today we do."

The logical inference I draw from this one powerful statement is that there are problems in America but they are not civil right issues. They are problems from the guilt-superiority mentality of the radical left, failure of blacks to recognize their political exploitation by the leftists, and the black’s entirely irrational block-voting habits.

Williams also points out the impact of the deterioration of the Black family on problems faced by Blacks. These are serious and horrible problems; but they are not civil rights problems or government problems. They are problems of the black community and how it lives and acts.

There are plenty of demagogues and political charlatans ready to take advantage of any group (block, white, Hispanic, whatever) and to use them for their own selfish monetary and political advantage. This includes all leading Democrats (black and white) preying on all minorities. As Rush Limbaugh likes to point out, decades of liberal “fixes” to poverty, education, etc. have been dismal failures. And charlatans come in all stripes; President Bush’s demagoguery and chicanery in favor of open borders and illegal immigration are unsurpassed. But again, these are not civil right issues and the taxpayers shouldn’t have to pay for them over and over.

Thinking About Human Evolution and IQ

The amount of data, information, and understanding about human genetics has exploded in the past few years. The increase has been phenomenal.

First, Some Background

Genetics and the Human Genome

The human genome project was a huge effort to map the genetic makeup of modern man (Homo sapiens). Modern has been defined as originating perhaps from as long ago as 200,000 BC and developing with modern characteristics such as language, music , etc. achieved by approximately 40,000 – 50,000 years ago.

Completed in 2003, the Human Genome Project (HGP) was a 13-year project coordinated by the U.S. Department of Energy and the National Institutes of Health. During the early years of the HGP, the Wellcome Trust (U.K.) became a major partner; additional contributions came from Japan, France, Germany, China, and others. Project goals were to
• identify all the approximately 20,000-25,000 genes in human DNA,
• determine the sequences of the 3 billion chemical base pairs that make up human DNA,
• store this information in databases,
• improve tools for data analysis,

The term IQ, or Intelligence Quotient, generally describes a score on a test that rates the subject's cognitive ability as compared to the general population. • mathematical ability: the ability to solve problems and use logic
• language ability: This could include the ability to complete sentences or recognize words when letters have been rearranged or removed.
• memory ability: the ability to recall things presented either visually or aurally

Questions in each of these categories test for a specific cognitive ability, but many psychologists hold that they also indicate general intellectual ability. Most people perform better on one type of question than on others, but experts have determined that for the most part people who excel in one category do similarly well in the other categories, and if someone does poorly in any one category, he also does poorly in the others. Based on this, these experts theorize there is one general element of intellectual ability that determines other specific cognitive abilities. Ideally, an IQ test measures this general factor of intelligence, abbreviated as g. The best tests, therefore, feature questions from many categories of intellectual ability so that the test isn't weighted toward one specific skill.

Because IQ tests measure your ability to understand ideas and not the quantity of your knowledge, learning new information does not automatically increase your IQ. Learning may exercise your mind, however, which could help you to develop greater cognitive skills, but scientists do not fully understand this relationship. The connection between learning and mental ability is still largely unknown, as are the workings of the brain and the nature of intellectual ability. Intellectual ability does seem to depend more on genetic factors than on environmental factors, but most experts agree that environment plays some significant role in its development.

The Usual Split in Interpretation: Political Correctness on One Side – Facts on the Other

The politically correct notion is three fold

First, the PC left follows the dogma that modern humans have remained essentially unchanged since 40,000 to 50,000 years ago and the differences we see between different races of people are therefore only skin deep. Otherwise all races are equal.

Second, because humans haven’t changed in the last 50,000 years, IQ must be culturally determined.

Third, because IQ tests vary by race, they are not reliable, they are biased, and they shouldn’t be used.

The Modern Scientific View is Demonstrating More and More Genetic Influence on IQ

An example of genetic changes in the last ~10,000 years is the development of blue eyes in northern Europe. An example of genetic changes increasing IQ in the last several hundred years is

They have the highest average IQ of any ethnic group, and an odd set of genetic diseases. Some Comparisons, Thoughts, and Speculations

The controversy over IQ: genetic or cultural, useful or not, etc. appears very similar to the Global Warming controversy. Those on one side believe that Global Warming is human caused (mainly by CO2 production from fossil fuel burning) and they will use any and all tactics to force others to accept their beliefs. Those that question the human-CO2-global warming link or think that global warming is nothing more than natural variations in climate are continually looking for more data and scientific methods to determine what causes changes in climate. The former is more like a religion, and a mean spirited one at that, and the latter is science as it is normally conducted.

It is inconceivable to me that as their environment and population changed, modern humans would not have changed genetically in 50,000 years. A new type (race) of dog can be produced in a few generations of selective breeding and sheep can be cloned. New varieties of high yield grains were developed a few decades ago (the Green Revolution), and red seedless grapes did not exist until recently. To my knowledge what we humans call culture (i.e. language, art, etc.) does not exist in grain or grapes; yet grains and grapes have changed drastically in our lifetimes. Why? Because we have made genetic changes occur in them. How can we then say, without any scientific support or logic, that modern humans have stayed unchanged for 50,000 years? It appears that the data and logic are on the side of genetic changes.

Human population increases accelerate genetic changes via several ways. First, the more people there are the more chances for rare mutations to occur and be retained in the population. Second, the more people there are the more chances there are for drastic environmental changes (social changes, wars, diseases) to occur which may accelerate the rate of mutations and their spread. Third, with larger populations there is more trade, wars, travel, and other ways of genetic mixing and genetic change.

It seems logical that if population is increasing geometrically, that the rate of genetic changes would follow an accelerating rate as well.

Final Thoughts

I speculate that there may be a genetic, or partially genetic, basis for the different thought patterns and behavior of liberals and conservatives. Perhaps, others more educated and wiser than I will one day formulate testable hypotheses related to this speculation.

We have the human genome now. Who can foresee the incredible genetic changes Homo sapiens may make to Homo sapiens. Will it go so far as to create something beyond Homo sapiens?

I see no inconsistency between faith in God and the science of genetics in plants, animals, and man. God created the universe and everything in it, including the genetics of man and their ability to change with time.

Mexico’s Major City for Smuggling Drugs to US near Collapse

Last year there were more murders in Mexico than in Iraq. Ever notice how the MSM lists deaths in Iraq every day but seldom mention the larger number of, more violent, more barbarian, and greater threat to the US of the murders in Mexico?

It is politically correct and part of the left’s war on America to emphasize violence in Iraq.

It is politically correct to claim Mexican illegal immigrants are better than US citizens (they only come to do the work Americans won’t, they are good Christians … ad nauseum) and to ignore the war in Mexico spilling across into America.

But as documented in rare government reports, rare state department bulletins, rare MSM articles, and frequently by bloggers on the Internet (for example, please see here, here,and here. ) accounts of the deteriorating situation in Mexico continue to be published.

Juarez, Mexico (across the border from El Paso, TX) is near collapse. Some of the most barbaric murders and crimes occur here (for example: beheadings, serial rape and murder that has gone on for decades, a policeman’s head in an ice chest at the entrance to a police station, gun battles near schools and in shopping centers, and notes posted around the city with the names of police officers on the hit list …).

Even sending in the Mexican Army (itself corrupt and often under the control of the drug cartels) has not stopped the brazen openness of the murderers and their crimes.

CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico - Ciudad Juarez's police chief stepped down Friday after criminal gangs made a chilling demand: Resign or we will kill more local officials.

Public Safety Secretary Roberto Orduna announced he was leaving his post only hours after gunmen killed a police officer and a jail guard and left signs on their bodies saying they had fulfilled a promise made Wednesday to slay at least one officer every 48 hours until Orduna quits.

The slayings were a grim sign that criminal gangs are determined to control the police force of the biggest Mexican border city, with a population of 1.3 million people across from El Paso.

A retired army major, Orduna took over as chief in May after former Public Safety Secretary Guillermo Prieto resigned and fled to El Paso following the slaying of his operations director.

For Orduna's protection, the city built his bedroom at the police station so he didn't have to go home. He also travels in different vehicles when he does go out.

Ciudad Juarez police have long come under attack, and many officers have quit out of fear for their lives, some after their names appeared on hit lists left in public throughout the city.

Mexican police chief resigns following murders

Ciudad Juarez' police chief Roberto Orduna resigned on Saturday after drug gangs threatened to kill a police officer every 48 hours and four other policemen, including his deputy, were brutally killed. More than 50 police officers were murdered last year in Ciudad Juarez, one of Mexico's most violent northern cities.

Orduna, a former soldier, took over the municipal police in Ciudad Juarez last year. The city saw an unprecedented 1,600 people killed in drug violence in 2008 as President Felipe Calderon's army-backed war on drug gangs sparked fresh turf wars between rival cartels across the country.

This Scale of Violence is Unprecedented

Imagine 1,600 acknowledged murders last year in a city of 1.3 million. In addition to the 1,600 murders, other murders go unreported, and an unknown number of people each year just disappear. It is just a guess, but perhaps as many as 3,000 people were murdered in Juarez by the drug cartels last year. In any case, 1,600 or 3,000 in a city of 1.3 million is a very high murder rate.

Also consider a police chief’s office with a built in bathroom and sleeping quarters because he is too afraid to leave his office, and when he does, he sneaks out in disguise and in a different vehicle each time. Police in Juarez, Mexico are not in danger of losing control to the drug cartels; they have lost it. The cartels rule the city, the police hide.

Just so there is no mistake about the murders and barbarism that is rampant in Juarez and throughout the collapsing parts of Mexico, there is graphic evidence. I have chosen to provide a way to view these pictures rather than show them here because they are so graphic and shocking.

Mexico: Scary Portents of Its Collapse

There are indications and warnings of worsening conditions in Mexico. More people killed in Mexico last year than in Iraq, hundreds of beheadings in the Mexican drug wars, corrupt Mexican governments, Mexican elites deeply involved with the drug cartels, 30 US citizens killed in Juarez alone, invasions of the US by Mexican troops and para-military units, escalating wars along our open border, and Mexican cartels taking over drug dealing and associated crimes in hundreds of American cities.

Some Recent Scary Portents

A sign of political muscle and potential revolt is open, violent protests organized and controlled by the drug cartels. This is a classic anarchist and communist tactic to bring down a government. The bad news is that this is happening in one of Mexico’s largest cities. source.

MEXICO CITY — Street protests against the army's presence in the northern city of Monterrey were organized by drug cartels in an apparent bid to disrupt the government's anti-drug crackdown, Mexican officials alleged Friday.

Gov. Jose Natividad Gonzalez of Nuevo Leon state said this week's protests have snarled traffic in Mexico's third-largest city, home to 3.7 million, and "severely disrupted the lives of hundreds of thousands of citizens."

About 150 masked people blockaded a main avenue and burned a truckload of wooden pallets on Thursday, the fourth day of evening rush-hour demonstrations.

Officials said Friday that the drug gangs were also responsible for the killing of the police commander in charge of investigating the protests.

Mexico City may be the largest city in the world and it is hard to overstate its importance and dominance in Mexico. In the US, Mexico City would be as if Washington, DC, New York City, Chicago, Miami, New Orleans, Denver, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and San Francisco were all combined in one place. Mexico City dominates the entire country and its heavy government hand, political and cultural dominance, and drain on the entire country’s wealth and natural resources makes it and its people unpopular in much of Mexico.

Nonetheless, the extraordinary power of Mexico City and its people have been able to keep most of the drug wars, murders, beheadings, and other violence in Mexico’s border region and the drug producing states. This is changing.

When a dominant capital city comes under attack from anti-government forces, this means that the corrupt government and the corrupt elite running it are in trouble. If Mexico City were to collapse, the entire country would follow. MEXICO CITY — Drug cartels that have waged bloody turf battles across Mexico's border region have now brought their fight to the outskirts of Mexico City, federal police said Thursday in announcing the arrest of 10 alleged members of an armed hit squad.

The eight men and two women arrested Wednesday were allegedly working for the Sinaloa-based Beltran Leyva cartel and had been hired to attack the rival La Familia cartel, which has allegedly moved into the capital from the nearby state of Michoacan.

"It is clear that these two gangs, the two cartels, are already on the outskirts of Mexico City," said acting federal police Commissioner Rodrigo Esparza.

These indications of the worsening situation in Mexico should also be seen in the context of the global economic troubles. Even worse, Mexico’s biggest benefactor, the USA, is itself in deep economic trouble and facing national bankruptcy.

How Illegal Immigration and the Collapse of Mexico Relate to the Obama Stimulus

The Obama “stimulus” is not a one time thing. It follows decades of creeping socialism and a US open borders policy. The evil effects of the stimulus will reach far into the future through expanding an already bloated federal government, permanently establishing socialistic elements and programs throughout the federal, state, and local governments, and further burdening the less than one quarter of Americans who pay income taxes.

Collapse of Mexico would require a massive response from the United States. The range of negative impacts is incredible; under a best case scenario, a new foreign war and hundreds of billions of dollars for decades. And under a worst case scenario, I foresee additional trillions of dollars for decades and the partitioning of America resulting in the eventual collapse of the USA.

As the Obama administration pushes through Congress its $800 billion deficit-spending economic stimulus plan, the American public is largely unaware that the true deficit of the federal government already is measured in trillions of dollars, and in fact its $65.5 trillion in total obligations exceeds the gross domestic product of the world.
The total U.S. obligations, including Social Security and Medicare benefits to be paid in the future, effectively have placed the U.S. government in bankruptcy, even before new continuing social welfare obligation embedded in the massive spending plan are taken into account.

The Most Likely Social and Political Consequences

Now just imagine the cost of placing hundreds of thousands of US troops in Mexico to stop the slaughter and attempt to pacify the barbaric drug cartels and stop the beheadings, murders, and slaughter not witnessed on such a massive scale since the killing fields in Cambodia and the political purges in China and Russia. The total costs would dwarf the costs of the Iraq War.

Add to the above nightmare the chaotic war in Mexico spilling over into the US and the invasion of the US by 20 to 50 million Mexican refugees and perhaps a few million of the corrupt Mexican Army; all controlled by the barbaric murderers of the drug cartels with them.

Add to these nightmares a politically correct, socialist American government taking in these 50 million or so refugees and the accompanying millions of corrupt soldiers and drug cartel monsters and then defending their right to invade the US; imagine our government putting these millions of refugees and killers ahead of US citizens and granting them amnesty.

Further imagine up to 50 million Americans caught between the invading and attacking Mexicans and a federal government putting the Mexicans’ rights and welfare above the US citizens’. Millions of Americans slaughtered, millions more displaced and homeless and expelled from the Southwest as American refugees.

This scenario would result in a partitioning of America into two failing countries: the newly claimed Mexican Southwest and West Coast and the remaining United States swamped with perhaps 50 million US refugees and continued invasion by illegal aliens.

Imagine all of this happening in a bankrupt America. The result would be chaos; martial law by an oppressive national government, untold horrors in the Mexican occupied part of the US, raids and predation by the invading Mexican troops and refugees, food shortages, riots, concentration camps, and an American government at war within Mexico and at war with its own people in what’s left of America. This is a vision of collapse of civilization in North America.

Change, but not much hope.

George Washington, he could have been king, he could have been president for life, and he could have had a third term; instead he left office after two terms setting a precedent that lasted until our first socialist, FDR. How many of our subsequent presidents would have put America first and refused to be king or president for life?

Are Republican Organizations Driving You Crazy Begging for Money?

That Was Then

I remember from 2004 right up through November 2008 making donations, calling, emailing, sending faxes, and writing the National Republican Leadership and my local Representatives and Senators begging them to: 1) Stop illegal immigration and oppose amnesty, 2) Stop the uncontrolled spending and ask the President to veto some of the pork bills, 3) Return to conservative and constitutional government, and 4) Support and elect conservative candidates. None of my efforts had any effect; most were not even acknowledged.

This Is Now

Now I am being bombarded by Republicans and Republican organizations and PACS asking me to support the same 4 things. Now they are against illegal immigration, amnesty, irresponsible spending and for conservatives and constitutional government. They are also begging for money. Everyday I get from a few to more than a dozen emails or letters begging for money. Not surprisingly, many of these organizations and “Republicans” are the same ones that ignored and/or opposed me from 2004-2008.

For example, RINO Newt Gingrich is telling me what to do and begging me for money. I have asked several times to be taken off his email list, most recently today. I hope it works; I am tired of that phony, Hillary pal, and global warming dupe pestering me. I wish he would join the Democrats and leave the Republican Party once and for all.

My checkbook is closed to individual Republicans until they prove they are patriotic and conservative. My checkbook is also closed to the RNC and other national Republican organizations until I see dramatic and real changes. These changes are the same 4 listed above.

I will continue to contribute to NumbersUSA as they have been the good guys all along. I will also contribute to Sarah Palin’s PAC as she has emerged as one of the few Republicans I respect.

The Poisonous View of America and its Society

Our president has never held a real job, never owned a business, never had to meet a payroll, has not experienced the cruel and inhumane consequences of his policies of racism and “redistributing the wealth.” Racism? Yes, a serious, long-term, and retrograde racism based on protected groups (and one unprotected group), a religious belief that accepts G****** America as appropriate, and that continuing racist policies (affirmative action, set asides, quotas, etc.) will somehow eliminate racism.

Hate begets hate and racism begets racism. The fact that Obama was elected by millions of white voters should put and end to claims of any significant white racism in America. Healing, faith, charity, unity, and understanding are required to end racism in America and it should start with those who are hurt most by their communities being organized, segregated, and maintained on the basis of racial hatred and retributions. Racism is morally wrong, and except as practiced against “whitey”, is illegal. It also maintains and perpetuates disunity, separations by race, and retributions.

Redistributing the wealth means an oppressive government seizing the property of one economic class and giving it to another economic class. It is retribution. Thus, besides being morally wrong as the oppression and theft that it is; it also tends to maintain and perpetuate disunity in our society.

The concept of an all powerful government owning and deciding everything, seizing wealth and property, redistributing the wealth, and thus, supporting those who do work and those who do not equally is the hallmark of socialism and communism. These are systems of governance that have been proven hundreds and hundreds of times to decrease fairness, equality, well being of the citizens, economic activity and to increase oppression and tyranny. Ultimately they all fail. The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the USSR Empire, is the best example. Untold suffering, tens of millions of its own citizens murdered, and failure in moral and economic terms are some of the legacy of the USSR.

The Economic Stimulus is based on the Concept of Redistributing the Wealth

Many in America are coming to see the new Administration for what it is and to see what the stimulus is really about--pork, redistribution of wealth, and socialism based on a poisonous vision of America.

Here is one example.

President Obama has turned the will of the American people against him. In one rookie mistake after another, his decisions have shaken even the majority of his supporters. His insisting to not listen to his employer--We The People--is now adding arrogance to his unsteady hand. His policies involving political payback instead of finding genuine solutions are now demonstrating to all of us that the vagueness of his campaign speechmaking was merely the work of a hollow wordsmith after all.

In breaking news on Friday afternoon, CBS News reported the startling conclusion. Mr. Obama's 97% federal spending stimulus was exactly the opposite of how most Americans think the economic crisis should be handled. In their findings they reported that 55% of the nation believed the relief package should focus primarily, if not entirely, on tax reductions. We all do remember that he campaigned on this right? Under the Obama economic plan, he would begin the economic recovery by cutting the taxes of 95% of Americans? (Never mind the funny public school math he was using to get to the 95% number--just give him the benefit of the doubt). In the same findings, CBS News poll found that only 22% believed that more government spending would solve the crisis.

An economy that heals by allowing the workers and producers in this nation to keep what they have earned, invest it in new growth, the adding of jobs, and the expansion of production in America, would be the greatest thing liberal party leaders fear.

This Stimulus Package is Put Forth by, and Represents the Worst, in American Politics

Promising things and beaking those promises (promise economic stimulus, tax cuts, etc. and deliver other things pork, pork, and more pork, support for race-based programs, and centralization of unprecedented federal government power) show how quickly and how far a new Administration can depart from its promises.

As stated earlier here and at the start of this article, the arrogance of power, incompetence, and fumbling are brought about by a wholly unqualified president, his alliance with the corrupt Clintonistas, and his reliance on such bad examples as Pelosi (500 million Americans a month are losing jobs – this in a country of just over 300 million!) and Reid.

House Republicans showed courage and patriotism in unanimously voting against the stimulus. Enough Republican Senators are from a far inferior lot (closer to the far-left Democrats than to their House colleagues) and have the ability to provide the votes Obama, Pelosi, and Reid need to accelerate the move toward socialism in America.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Nancy Killefer, who failed for a year and a half to pay employment taxes on household help, has withdrawn her candidacy to be the first chief performance officer for the federal government, the White House said Tuesday.

Obama's first choice for commerce secretary, New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, took his name out of consideration when his confirmation appeared headed toward complications because of a grand jury investigation over how state contracts were issued to political donors.

More recently, Timothy Geithner was confirmed as Treasury secretary despite belatedly paying $34,000 in income taxes, and Tom Daschle is still waiting to see if his late payment of more than $128,000 in income taxes will harm his nomination to be health and human services secretary.

During 1997-2000 in the Clinton administration, Killefer was assistant Treasury secretary for management. As such she was the chief financial officer and chief operating officer for the Treasury and its 160,000 employees and led a modernization of its largest component, the Internal Revenue Service.

Why is all this Happening?

First of all, Obama has never held a real job. He has no experience in selecting a team or in providing leadership.

As a result of his lack of experience and qualifications, Obama couldn’t organize and run a campaign so he turned to the Democrat leaders from the previous Democrat Administration—the infamous Clintonistas. During the campaign Obama did well when he followed his handlers’ instructions and failed miserably when he had to think and speak on his own. Example: his statement about campaigning in all 57 states. A student successfully completing 4th grade would know we have 50 states. But then, not all students are successful and not all get special privileges, social promotions, affirmative action, and so on.

Obama packed his campaign and transition team with Clintonistas and his former cronies from politics in Chicago. To be successful in the Clinton Administration, one had to go along to get along. President Clinton and the White House set standards much lower than those of the average citizen. And then there are the cronies from Chicago politics. We recently got a peek behind the curtain and saw the degree of corruption in Chicago politics. We saw that politics in Chicago is a dirty business.

As a result when it came to vetting (checking out the background, qualifications, honesty, lack of criminal records, adherence to the law (for example paying their taxes), decency, etc., Obama let the foxes in the henhouse check and vouch for each other. We are seeing the results now. Tax dodgers, a governor reported to be close to indictment for bribery and other charges, crude and base people (“f*** the Republicans” said Obama’s White House Chief of Staff), these represent Obama’s high level appointments.

As in the Clinton Administration, the new Obama Administration sets out with a low moral tone and a level of honesty and adherence to the law well below the average American’s. And it is not just his staff; Obama is breaking his campaign promises of transparency and of avoiding association with, and appointing, lobbyists. Obama’s transparency on his birth certificate is nonexistent. His promises of a clean, transparent government are as phony as a last year’s bird’s nest. Add this to insane federal spending levels, and it looks like the only change was for the worst.
