California Falling Deeper into Liberal Sinkhole
The AP is distributing a story about people leaving California. Although the numbers are small compared with the huge population of California ~ 38 million and the skyrocketing millions of illegal invaders and their anchor babies, it is still a disturbing trend for many. source.
This trend has been going on for a few years. The number of American Citizens leaving California exceeds the number of American Citizens moving there. That lousy California Governor Arnie, and his predecessors, opened the flood gates and they are now suffering the consequence of illegal invaders from Mexico. Of course, California wants a bailout, cites their many problems, but never mentions the 10's of $billions per year they spend on illegal invaders.
California could solve its budget problems overnight if they would just enforce the law and deny public services to illegal invaders (all criminals): welfare, free healthcare, free food, free education, etc. to the millions of illegal immigrants. Overnight, their budget would be balanced. And, the illegal invaders would leave by the millions if they didn’t get a free ride and couldn’t work illegally. But, the Politically Correct leaders of California believe it is better to live of the blood of America’s taxpayers, the 20-25% of working Americans who pay almost all of the income taxes, than to inconvenience foreign invaders ruining California and much of America.
But guess what, 75 to 80% of the people in America cannot live off the other 20-25% who work and pay income taxes for 100% of the people in America. This system is unstable and it cannot last. Are we seeing what happens when that wonderful minority, the working taxpayers, gets pushed beyond their ability to support everyone? Are we seeing the first evidence of a collapse?
Finally, the far left, loony liberals, phony environmentalists who believe in every scam that comes along, RINO’s such as Arnie, illegal alien invaders, and the other greedy politicians are ruining California. I hope they are stopped before California slips completely into our first third world state within America.

The problem with all the people leaving California is that so many of them come here to Utah. The first thing they do after settling in is to try and change the place into California.

You are right. People flee California because of its problems and then when they get to OR, ID, NV, UT, or AZ they want new rules and laws and start electing liberal politicians, filing lawsuits by the thousands, etc. and change the place until it is very like California.
OR is lost, NV is lost, AZ is close, and parts of ID and UT are in trouble.
I remember spending time in OR and NV years ago and they were nice places. Each time I visited I could see the negative changes.
75 to 80% of the people in America cannot live off the other 20-25% who work and pay income taxes ...so so true and our govt sits idly by!..WHY?
Where California goes the rest of the nation follows.
Where will we go when it is our time?

In my opinion, our government didn't stand by, it actually created these conditions for a reason. The "beautiful minority", those 20-25% of the taxpeyers paying for 100% of Americans may be the backbone of our Country and of Western Civilization, but it is the 75-80% of Americans who want something for nothing, who believe in redistributing the wealth that have elected our government.
Our government wants a large, dependent majority that will keep them in power. But neither our government nor its dependents are smart enough to know that the "beautiful minority" cannot carry the burden for too long.

I do not forsee another revolution. The majority of Americans live off a "beautiful minority" of Americans who pay all the income taxes.
The government has the support of the 75-80% of Americans who live off the "beautiful minority", so the government and the majority of Americans like it just the way it is right now.
