Corrupt Mexican Military Free to Strike Anywhere in US?

*****Update***** June 28, 2008

As expected, and predicted in my original post below, the federal government (ICE in particular) is denying that the invaders and murders were from the Mexican Army. Of course the source, KFYI radio in Phoenix has published 3 pages of PDF files suggesting otherwise. Please see here.

ICE: No Proof Home Invasion Suspects Part of Mexican Militia

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said three suspects who broke into a home and killed the owner weren't active or former members of the Mexican Army.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said three suspects arrested in a Monday morning Phoenix home invasion and homicide were not members of the Mexican Army.

"We have no indication whatsoever that any of the individuals were involved with formal military in Mexico," said Vincent Picard of ICE. Click Here for more.

The incident at 8329 W. Cypress St. resulted in the death of the homeowner. Between 50 and 100 rounds were fired at the house.

While on the J.D. Hayworth show Tuesday, a top member of a Phoenix police union announced that the suspects were active members of the Mexican Army hired by drug cartels to perform home invasions and murders.

Please go to the KFYI source and see the PDF documents for yourself. Looks like ICE has been caught in another lie.

*****End Update*****

Many of us have been saying for a long time that Mexican criminals and military (illegal alien invaders, drug/people smugglers, Los Zetas, the corrupt Mexican Army, drug cartel assassins, etc.) were free to cross the border and bring their violence and murder any time they wished. For example see here, here, here, and here.

Now there is a report out of Phoenix, on the State’s most reliable radio station, that Mexican Army assassins, working for the drug cartels, have struck and murdered in Phoenix. source.

Police Report: Mexican Army Members Busted for Home Invasion and Murder

The suspects may have been hired by drug cartels to perform home invasions and assassinations in the U.S.

SNIP
Police reports show that three men arrested in a Phoenix home invasion and homicide Monday may have been active members of the Mexican Army.

While on the J.D. Hayworth show, Phoenix Law Enforcement Association President Mark Spencer said that the men involved were hired by drug cartels to perform home invasions and assassinations.

The Monday morning incident at 8329 W. Cypress St. resulted in the death of the homeowner. Between 50 and 100 rounds were fired at the house.

Spencer said a police officer told him that one of the men captured said they were completely prepared to ambush Phoenix police, but ran out of ammunition.

He added that all were all dressed in military tactical gear and were armed with AR-15 assault rifles. Three other men involved in the invasion escaped.

What Will the US Government Do?

What will the US government do about this military invasion, home invasion, and murder? My predictions: First they will try to ignore it, and then deny it, then spin it, then move on to other things. Finally, they will do everything possible to minimize the seriousness in collaboration with the anti-American mainstream media.

What Will State and Local Governments Do?

My prediction is that they will do little or nothing and follow the federal lead of covering it up to the extent possible and then minimizing the seriousness of the Mexican Army invasion.

The Arizona governor is a liberal Democrat lusting after McCain’s Senate seat, a cabinet appointment, or some other high lever position in the Barak Hussein Obama Administration and she is well aware of the Democrat policy of maintaining open borders.

Phoenix is a sanctuary city. Criminals from Mexico are free to do their dirty business without the Phoenix police or ICE doing anything to stop them. The liberal, PC justification for being a sanctuary city for illegal invaders is to encourage illegals to report mistreatment, discrimination, and crimes to the local police so that the police can protect them. Ironically, this cover up of illegal immigrants, drug smugglers, etc. in a sanctuary city only makes them more subject to crime and murder—by their Mexican countrymen (such as the Mexican Army) who also benefit from the sanctuary policies. The Mexican army is not in Phoenix to protect anyone-they are there to murder.

What is a Citizen to Do?

Somehow the Supreme Court just upheld the Constitution and “gave us back” the Second Amendment right to own guns, a right we have had since 1791. But, what is a citizen to do when facing a trained and heavily armed foreign army? Obviously, an individual cannot stand up to a foreign army.

The armed services of the Unites States and their Commander in Chief have the responsibility of protecting us from invasion by a foreign army. The President has a constitutional duty to protect us from the Mexican Army and the US military must follow his orders.

Alas, our President loves Mexico more than he does America. He is a stubborn man and will not change his mind about our open borders. He will not protect us. He will continue to betray us right up through the January 2009 Inauguration.

Nor would McCain (Mr. “Amnesty”) or Obama (Mr. “Open Borders”) when one of them is elected. Both have a record of betraying America and they will continue to do so.

Citizens can arm themselves to the legal limits and pray to God that He bless and keep them.

Lamentation

Oh America we love you, we believe you were founded with divine inspiration, and we pray for you. We are set adrift and unloved and unprotected by our government. We are being invaded and murdered. Woe to the honest, decent citizen. Woe to America in her darkest hour.

Mexico is a Nacrocracy, and an open border encourages and in part, finances it's continuation.

Hi Kevin, thanks for the comment.

Yes, an open border is what makes the drug cartels flourish and keeps the Mexican government corrupt and preying on its own people. Closing the border and self deportation of the illegal aliens (through enforcement of our laws) would be the single best thing we could do for the Mexican people.

what a lamentation..So beautifully said...I'm grieving so much for our beloved, God-breathed country, too...thanks for your posts. I liked your thinking in the one below about poverty, too.

Thank you for the comments and the kind words.

What grieves me so is that we work all our lives to leave a better country for our children and grandchildren. Then for personal monetary and political gain, our public servants give away the future of our country (its very soil and territory)to foreign invaders thereby robbing our children and grandchildren of their heritage that was earned by good citizens.

Who has the right to rob another's children and grandchildren of their future?

I completely agree, that lament was brilliant. It stuns me to think that there even ARE "sanctuary cities", and unless we defeat the ACP, er, DNC in November, we're totally DONE!

I believe I heard Glenn Beck interviewing someone this morning on this very story!

This is so frustrating. Washington will never get it, ever! How long until CNN is subtitling the Senate proceedings in English, because they're being spoken in Spanish?!?

cmblake6, thank you for the kind words and you comments.

It is hard to imagine how suposedly loyal Americans (our liberals and politicans) can betray their country so easely. The further they are from conservatives the more easly they betray America. You are correct, we must elect conservatives.

Guyk, thanks for the link and your support. Anytime you link to my site the traffic goes through the roof. And for that my friend, I am in your debt.

An excellent article indeed...

I found you thru GuyK, and I have to tell you, and Guy knows all too well that this is the truth, I have long advocated a fully closed and militarized border, and having that military, National Guard actually, armed and with orders to SHOOT TO KILL anything that crosses our borders at anything other than a LEGAL border crossing..

We are being invaded, this is a WAR and many progressives don't see it that way, many FAUX conservatives and RINOs don't see it that way, and for having voiced my opinions on my blog, I have been called a murderer, a racist, a NAZI and several other names, all because I advocate repelling the ILLEGAL INVADERS that are pouring into this nation...

If my beliefs in defending this nation make me all of the things I have been accused of, then by God I will wear those names proudly...

America 1st!

Texas Fred, thanks for stopping by and for the comments, I appreciate them.
I agree. We are war and losing. I have always supported the war on terrorists, but I wonder if American lives lost in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere are, in some way, a cruel loss of American lives when our borders are wide open.

If the War on Terror is to protect America, how can we have open borders? Perhaps, as GuyK, and others, have suggested we should bring the troops home and close our border to terrorists and all illegal aliens. And, I agree with you that our border guards should have realistic rules of engagement which allow them to protect themselves and America.

You are none of those things the liberal betrayers of America call you. Being patriotic and loving your country makes you a hero, not a villain.

Thanks again.

I still don't see where anything but one sentence in the third document indicates they may be active Mexican military, and that assertion came from one of the suspects. The fact that the line doesn't indicate "active" or "former" status does not preclude that these three were, in fact, active military.

Look, I am against illegal immigration, pro-Us, pro-US military, anti-drug.

Okay? But I really think that this incident is being blown out of proportion. Let's concentrate on real threats to our borders and citizens and not go out of our way to look for boogeymen that don't exist.

How about concentrating on the fact that these three posed a real threat to the police because of their gear and apparent weapons and tactical training and leave it at that?

When we seek to make more of something based on flimsy or no evidence, we lose credibility when it comes to our position regarding the very real threats posed by illegal immigration. It smacks of conspiracy theory, and makes it harder for others to agree that there is a real legal, fiscal and health-care crisis in this country because of a flood of illegal immigrants.

David, that pretty much says it. The questin is why?

Deadman, thanks for your visit and for your comments. I appreciate the time and effort you made to bring additional understanding to this incident.

However, I do not agree that the incident is being blown out of proportion. For example, I have much more faith in what KFYI Radio, J.D. Hayworth, Phoenix Law Enforcement Association President Mark Spencer, and the Phoenix Police have to say than the usual ICE denial. It is more a matter of experience and personal knowledge than it is of conspiracy.

Recall the gunman at the El Al counter in LAX, the shooter in Salt Lake City, Ft. Dix, and others. In each case the FBI or DHS couldn’t wait to rush out a statement that it did not involve terrorists. Then after evidence built and it became obvious that the perpetrators were terrorists, the government finally admitted it. But, these admissions came long after the MSN was onto the next big story.

It is also fair to ask that if these murderers in Phoenix were not military, just who were they? The lack of follow-up to the ICE denial follows the pattern of many previous incidents. I do not think it unreasonable to trust the local, on-site police and the local conservative media and commentators more than ICE. I have also followed many local “border related” crimes and murders that were witnessed by locals and reported locally but ignored by the national media and ICE. Finally, I watched the Corbett trial and the Lively Green corruption. The first was a travesty of justice and the second was probably one of the major FBI cover ups and judicial corruption events since Watergate.

You are correct, no matter which kind of Mexican murderers they are; it is a scary and outrageous violation of US sovereignty and laws. It is even more outrageous that it is not drawing national attention and some positive reaction from our government.

I agree, but the docs you refer to, from the local police, do not bear out that these guys were active-duty Mexican Military.

The lack of follow-up to the ICE denial follows the pattern of many previous incidents.

How much time has there been since the incident for follow-up to be adjudicated as not forthcoming?

It is even more outrageous that it is not drawing national attention and some positive reaction from our government.

THAT is the response that it should be getting, regardless of whether it turns out they were affiliated with the Mexican Military or not.

Deadman, thanks again for your comments.

There are many things about this incident we are not going to agree about. For instance:

As you quoted me and answered
"It is even more outrageous that it is not drawing national attention and some positive reaction from our government.

THAT is the response that it should be getting, regardless of whether it turns out they were affiliated with the Mexican Military or not."

I can't agree with that, our government should be taking action and there should be outrage. Let's see what happens.

Thanks again for your interest.

The action and outrage should reflect the facts, is all I'm saying.

BTW, you misunderstood me. I am in agreement with you on this:

"It is even more outrageous that it is not drawing national attention and some positive reaction from our government."

I was not saying the reaction should be no national attention and no government reaction...
