Background

Illegal aliens are criminal invaders. How and why are these people criminals? First, it is against the law to enter this country illegally and this makes illegal aliens criminals from the first step across the border. Second, it is illegal to stay and work in this country if you entered illegally; more crimes and multiple crimes. Third, it is illegal to lie to the government (e.g. Martha Stewart, Scooter Libby, and Bill Clinton) and every fraudulent employment application is a lie to the government. Fourth, identity theft, tax fraud, and wire transfer of illegally obtained funds are illegal under wire fraud and RICO laws. And fifth through who knows how many, it is illegal to drive without insurance, to fraudulently receive welfare benefits, to smuggle drugs and to aid in their smuggling, and to conspire to do all of the above crimes.

If the laws of the United States were applied fairly and uniformly, that is to all people breaking them, not just to US citizens, then every illegal alien would be in prison for decades. It is not practical for the taxpayers to support as many as 30 million people in our jails for decades. Fortunately, although it goes against justice, there is an easier way.

We must apply existing laws against the criminal employers in the US, do away with anchor baby and chain migration rules, stop all public assistance to illegal aliens, and start arresting and sending the worst offenders away for a long time. The remaining illegal invaders deprived of jobs and welfare would return home by the millions. This is called enforcement by attrition and it is the logical argument against the often used lie “that we cannot deport 12 million people”. Enforcement by attrition would self-deport most of the 30 million criminal invaders here now.

Illegal Aliens Are More than Criminals, They are Invaders

Recall the definition of illegal aliens. Illegal immigration is the invasion and occupation of one peoples’ nation by people of another nation. By historical definitions, this is an act of war; see here for example.

Therefore, illegal aliens are illegal invaders and are committing an invasion and occupation of America. They are not using planes and bombs as at Pearl Harbor and Dutch Harbor, but they are nonetheless attacking America. A little known fact is that about three times as many people are killed in America each year by illegal aliens as were murdered on 9/11.

Aiding and Abetting Criminals is also a Crime, Giving Aid and Comfort to the Enemy is Treason

Hiring illegal aliens is conspiring to break the laws of the United States and to subvert their intent as well as direct violation of US law. Being an illegal alien is being a criminal. Therefore, aiding and abetting illegal aliens for any reason whatsoever is a crime and should be covered by the racketeering laws (e.g. RICO).

Some say they are giving humanitarian aid to oppressed minorities and therefore it cannot be a crime. We are not oppressing illegal aliens; they are fleeing conditions in their homelands. My answer to the spurious and disingenuous “humanitarian aid” argument is as follows. Aiding and abetting criminal aliens, drug smugglers, rapists, murders, and terrorists invading our country, are never humanitarian acts, but are always crimes, criminal conspiracy, and treason.

“Treason is any attempt to overthrow the government or impair the well-being of a state to which one owes allegiance; the crime of giving aid or comfort to the enemies of one's government.” Dictionary source.

Therefore, by our criminal laws and by our definition of treason illegal aliens are criminals and foreign invaders. All who give aid, abet, hire, encourage, and otherwise assist in crime and invasion of our country are criminals and traitors.

Do Not Forget

Remember these things as you hear those who would destroy our country through their political correctness and hate of a free citizenry (i.e. those who supported the “Grand Compromise” illegal alien amnesty bill in the Senate), those pandering to racial groups for votes (all of the announced Democrat candidates for president), those who put personal financial gain above their country (all who employ illegal aliens), and those with deep personal and business ties in foreign lands they put above patriotism (Kennedy, Bush). And please remember those who knew better but put self interest and promises of favors from our political elite above their duty (Kyl, McCain, Specter, Graham, Martinez, etc.).

Expect to Hear Lying and Complaining from Those Who Want to Continue Hiring Illegals

We are being assaulted by a barrage of threats, self-righteous claims of how their businesses are being destroyed by obeying the law, and how unfair all of this is. The most disingenuous argument I have heard goes something like this.

“Immigration is a national problem; it is unfair to make the poor businessman check employment, know the laws, and be responsible for not hiring illegal aliens.”

This is bologna pure and simple. The “poor businessman” is responsible for obeying tax laws, environmental laws, health and safety laws, anti-discrimination laws, sexual harassment laws, workers compensation laws, and all other laws, rules, and regulations government imposes on them. And the government doesn’t give a damn whether you understand or not. This is why “poor businessmen” hire accountants, risk managers, lawyers, etc. and why they carry insurance.

Running their business within the law is the business owners and managers responsibility. Hiring US citizens is not nearly as odious as paying the myriad of taxes. Not paying taxes is a crime – hiring illegal aliens is a treasonous crime.
