Big Gun Lies by Obama, Holder, BATF etc.

You have probably heard that 90% of guns used by Mexican drug cartels come from US gun dealers. New data reported by the Houston Chronicle (July 16) show that of about 100,000 guns seized by Mexico less than 8% were traced back to US gun dealers.

Here is how Obama and his cronies lie with statistics, the US gives Mexican military, and police aid including guns. Those guns that Mexico knows came from crooked military and police are not counted. Neither are the automatic rifles, hand grenades, rocket launchers and other arms imports from China and elsewhere. You see, these automatic rifles, grenades, rockets, and rocket launchers are not available for sale anywhere in the US. The Mexicans sort through and separate sporting weapons and small arms that have US brand names and then send about 20% of the guns (not grenades, rockets, automatic rifles, etc.) to the US for identification. Then they find that only about 8000 guns, 8% of the 100,000 before separation and sorting, come from US gun dealers.

Here is the second big lie, Obama and his officials inflate this 8% to 90% (not true) and then imply that the gun dealers are deliberately selling to the drug cartels. Any gun purchaser in the US has to have ID and a clean record from name, SS#, place of birth, place of residence, etc. checked by the US BATF. The guns can only be sold with BATF approval. This is the same for licensed dealers at gun shows and gun shops.

Because neither the Bush nor Obama Administration has done anything significant to stop identity theft and identity fraud, it is easy for illegal aliens to get stolen or fake ID that pass US government inspection allowing the illegal aliens to buy guns. These are the facts about US gun dealers selling guns to the Mexican cartels. All gun dealer sales have to be approved by the US government.

If the US government wants to crack down on US guns in Mexico they should stop supplying corrupt Mexican military and police with US weapons as part of our foreign assistance. Next they should fight identity theft and forgery by illegal aliens. Then, Mexico would have to get all of its guns from international arms exporters.

In summary, the “US guns to Mexican drug cartels story” is a series of big lies designed to further gun control in the US.

Why Sotomayor is Totally Unqualified for the Supreme Court

Call it empathy, call it prejudice, or call it sympathy, but whatever it is, it's not law. In truth it's more akin to politics, and politics has no place in the courtroom.

If All the Republican Senators were as Honest, Courageous, and Patriotic

If Senate Republicans were all like Sessions, then almost all of Obama’s harmful programs would have been stopped in the Senate. America would have saved trillions of dollars, avoided trillions of dollars in new taxes, and the depression would be ending or have ended already. America would be a better place, be moving towards (rather than away from) equal justice under law, and millions of Americans would be much better off if the Obama-Pelosi-Reid stimulus, bailouts, cap and trade, and bloated budget bills were stopped in the Senate.

The Canada Free Press Isn’t in Bed with Obama

Unlike our newspapers, television, magazines, socialist commentators, and Hollywood “experts” (what we call the Mainstream Media, MSM), the Canada Free Press is not in bed with Obama.

It is refreshing to see a news organization that is not a concubine for Obama and the Democrats. Wouldn’t it be great if roughly half the MSN in America was conservative and the other half was more liberal but still patriotic? And all were honest, fair, unbiased, and not one was a tool of any political party?

Those who aren’t being quietly angry at Obama, like Brown, Merkel or Netanyahu, instead think of him as as absurdly lightweight, as Sarkozy, King Abdullah or Putin do.

Unless you are dependent upon the government and want to live off the work of taxpayers, a socialist, sucking up for a job or to retain your position, an agenda driven concubine MSN, a Hollywood Expert, are intellectually crippled and need late night TV as the source of your thoughts and beliefs, or are a RINO, then it is easy to see what the Canada Free Press sees. If you are one of the successful, working taxpayers in America; the 20% who pay all of the income tax, then you see everything they see in Canada and a lot more.

If we don’t report it, it won’t be possible to combat crime. And report it was what Benjamin LeBaron did. He reported the kidnapping of his brother, Eric, 17, after refusing to pay ransom. He reported it again in a public protest this past July 1 in Chihuahua City about the kidnappings that his Mormon community had suffered. The reporting did not serve to put an end to the violence, but rather, on the morning of July 7, an armed group of some twenty thugs violently tore into his home in Galeana. LeBaron was tortured in front of his family. The attackers tried to violate his wife. On hearing the ruckus, a brother-in-law, Luis Widman , came to her assistance and managed at least to prevent the violation, but paid with his life in the effort. The thugs abducted LeBaron and Widman. A couple of hours later their executed bodies were found. What did it serve for the authorities to ask us to report crime? What did it serve to tell us that the government is stronger than any criminal organization? What did it serve to assure us that the Mexican State is not a failed one? The experience of LeBaron underlines the consequences of reporting organized crime in Mexico.”

US National Security Demands a Closed US-Mexico Border

Mexico is a failed state. We know it, the Mexicans know it, and our governments from the federal level to the local level all know it.

It is reckless dereliction of duty for the President to keep an open border as Mexico fails. I know Obama wants millions of illegals in America so that he can give them amnesty and then garner 90% or so of their votes for the Democrats, but his actions are negligent and violate his Constitutional duty. Nothing less than Obama’s impeachment and a sealed/armed border can save America.

A failed state will continue to descend into increasing violence, barbarism, and chaos. A failing third world country on our open border will let the barbarians, refugees, and the most barbaric of all--drug cartel members, spill over our border by the millions. America will experience a level of violence unprecedented in its history since the Civil War.

As proof, the Defense Department activated some sort of missile defense system in Hawaii over the 4th of July when North Korea was threatening to destroy the US.

Obama’s Unusual Actions Contrary to US Interests

At the exact time we should have an emergency national program to develop and install improved missile defense systems to protect the US, Obama and his lapdog Sec. of Defense are drastically cutting defense spending and, specifically, missile defense spending. It makes no sense under any conceivable response in the best interests of the US.

Cutting our defenses, and missile defenses, now can only aid our enemies as they seek to intimidate and destroy us and our allies. There is no way this can be justified as in the national interest.

What’s the Unthinkable Alternative?

What I Don’t Get

Why would a legitimate president of the US dismantle our missile defense systems just as rogue nations are developing nuclear weapons, and the missiles, to hit the US and our allies?

The Situation in Their Home Country (Usually Mexico)

If life is so hard, if things are so disease ridden, filthy and unhealthy, if people are lawless and commit the most horrible crimes, if gangs terrorize people on the streets, if the police and government are so crooked, and if you are jammed into a slum without hope and further preyed on by criminals, I can understand wanting to better yourself.

The All too Common “Solution”

Is to sneak across the US border (crime no. 1), travel to points anywhere in the US (a crime each day you are here illegally), steal or buy identity, (multiple crimes), and use the false identity to get a job (multiple crimes), cheat on taxes and withholding (multiple crimes), and then send part of your ill gotten gains back to relatives at home (wire fraud).

You left home in large part to avoid crime and criminals. The first thing you do is become a criminal guilty of several misdemeanors and felonies. You have become a criminal, just like those you tried to escape.

You live your new life in a Hispanic neighborhood, continue to speak Spanish, and try to find familiar surroundings and people. You replicate your homeland habits and make entire neighborhoods and cities almost as bad as those you left behind.

You left home to avoid these things and to go where you might find work, freedom from crime, better schools, free education, free health care, welfare handouts, and –in short a better life. Instead of taking advantage of a new and better life in a better country, you brought old Mexico with you and destroyed much of what drew you here in the first place.

What I Don’t Get

You left a failed state and a country dominated by drug cartels, criminals, and a corrupt government. Your country leads the world in kidnappings, beheadings, and is a leader in murder. Your government was corrupt and violent and preyed on its own people. Rampant crime, environmental destruction, filth, and lack of personal or social responsibility have made vast areas of your capital and country all but uninhabitable.

So why come to America, not try to assimilate and thereby better yourself? Why come to America and bring all your problems and habits with you? Why come to America and try to destroy the country that gave you an opportunity you couldn’t find anywhere else in the world?

It seems that an intelligent person would take advantage of the opportunities in a new and better country and try for self improvement and a better life. If you destroy America, there will not be any countries left to invade.

This is your last chance. Think about it.

The Sorry State of the Republican Party

Many columnists, pundits, and ordinary bloggers have tried to determine what is wrong with the Republican Party at all levels in America. I will offer a few opinions and hope you can add to and improve on them.


1)It is Worse at the Top

Republicans tend to be more liberal, less trustworthy, and farther from the people at the national level than at state and local levels.

Why? Two are main reasons. They are both horrible and contrary to the public interest.
A.One is Potomac fever – the disease of lust for power, wealth, and fame that infects our government officials (elected and appointed) once they have spent some time in Washington, DC.
B. The other reason is that incumbency is too powerful in America. Incumbents can pander to dependency groups, they can pander to the either or both genders, they can pander to special interests with powerful lobbyists and huge expense accounts, they can pander using race, religion, social class, and groups (i.e. union, senior citizens, etc). Finally, they have the power of “pork” and can bring money and jobs back home.

One Possible Solution – Term Limits that Mean Something.

2) The power of the MSM is Overwhelming

Republican candidates apparently believe two things about the MSM: 1) That you need their support and approval to get elected, and 2) That that one must make the MSN love them and write good press.

One Possible Solution—Republicans should recognize that the MSM is an organ of the Democrats and Other far Left Organizations. Furthermore, the MSN will flatter RINO’s to manipulate them (as they did John McCain) them stab them in the back once they are no longer useful. Republicans should treat the MSN as enemies of America.

3) The Republican Party has been Captured by Liberals

Liberal political parties never tolerate opposition. Therefore, there is no place for liberal Republicans except as occasional dupes and victims of the MSN, see comment about McCain. The Republican Party can never be viable as the me to or Democrat Light Party.

One Possible Solution – Only support, nominate, elect, and retain Republicans who are, and remain, conservative. A couple bad examples: Steele was selected as the most moderate of the three top candidates to serve as RNC chair. Since then he has done nothing but divide Republicans and squander resources. Newt Gingrich is running for president. But don’t forget Potomac fever got him and he sold his soul to Hillary, the MSM, and the global warming alarmists. The GOP should get rid of both these losers as quickly as possible.

4) Conservatives are Not Increasing their Role in the Republican Party

If you listen to the professional Republican politicians they repeat the MSN mantra that the Party must move left to attract any number of identity groups to win elections. The MSM is out to destroy the Republican Party and only Republican knot heads and bumbledicks (in other words the most liberal Republicans) buy this load of manure.

A Possible Solution – Conservatives should recapture the Republican Party and make it a patriotic, powerful, and winning party again.

Here is what the Democrats have done to an already bloated and corrupt system of phony travel, unlimited government expenses, and paid vacations for family and staff. All this is at the expense of the taxpayers. The private sector may be losing jobs by the hundreds of thousands; you and I may have to cut back to get by, but not our American royalty.

WASHINGTON -- Spending by lawmakers on taxpayer-financed trips abroad has risen sharply in recent years, a Wall Street Journal analysis of travel records shows, involving everything from war-zone visits to trips to exotic spots such as the Galápagos Islands.

The spending on overseas travel is up almost tenfold since 1995, and has nearly tripled since 2001, according to the Journal analysis of 60,000 travel records. Hundreds of lawmakers traveled overseas in 2008 at a cost of about $13 million. That's a 50% jump since Democrats took control of Congress two years ago. source.

The “Cap and Trade Bill” was rushed through the House so Pelosi and the other crooks could get away on their vacations. How these “Lawmakers” can saddle the 20% of the American public who pay income taxes with trillions of dollars in a bill they did not even read is beyond comprehension. And don’t forget that 8 RINOs joined Pelosi and her gang to push the bill through the House.

Cap and Trade Power Grab and Tax Increase Passes House

What some are calling the largest tax increase in history and others are calling damn foolishness and dereliction of duty, the House passed the “Cap and Trade” bill without anyone even reading it.

Trillions of dollars of taxpayers’ money and the crooked, worthless members of the House of Representatives were too lazy to even read the legislation. The “Honorable Members” really are crooks, whores, and shysters who have no regard for other people’s money.

I think they are both correct, but I would add the Republican National Committee under RINO Steele.

On a Personal Note

From 2000 – 2006 I contributed to the local and national Republicans and to President Bush’s election committee twice. I also contributed to state and local Republican candidates. Throughout this time I begged all of these GOP organizations and candidates to oppose illegal immigration and amnesty, to keep our military strong, and to reduce spending.

I usually got no answer or was told a bunch of lies about why their votes selling out America were necessary. By 2006, I was pretty disgusted with panty waist RINO’s and started closing my checkbook.

Now I am being deluged by fund request from dozens of so called conservative organizations saying we must stop outrageous Democrat spending, close our border, support our military, oppose Obama, fight for honest judicial appointees, and on and on. Each of these organizations begs for donations.

Where were all these patriotic conservatives in 2000-2006? None offer any service such as free faxes as did NumbersUSA in their fight to oppose amnesty. Instead they all want money to send their faxes and emails. My BS and shyster meters peg each time they ask for money.

My conclusion—they are a bunch of crooks looking to make money at the expense of freedom in America—money grubbing RINO’s. They don’t give a darn about America, freedom, or conservative principles. So I agree “Not One Red Cent” until sincere, patriotic Republicans re-emerge.
